As a young clinician, she was recruited to direct a team of computer programmers to bridge the translation of healthcare needs to application development. Debra has lead strategic, technical and operational management consulting initiatives for national health insurance payers, health systems, and information technology companies. Her extensive leadership experience includes co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Sagacity Technology Group, SVP Clinical Operations at AIM and AVP at Blue Health Intelligence.
